In FireRed Deluxe: First found in Power Plant (Event). Its type (Electric / Flying) is the same as in the official games. Base stats total 560, down from 580; 4 of the six changed, most of all HP (90 → 85). Abilities: it loses Static. 3 of its 10 level-up moves are new compared with Pokémon FireRed & LeafGreen, including Shock Wave and Thunderbolt.
