Keep ROM Hack Guides going
This is a one-man site, and it is free to use. If a guide has saved you an evening of flipping between text files, you can chip in — and if you can't, that is fine.
PayPal and Cash App are one-off tips with no account needed here. Buy Me a Coffee is the same site everyone uses for creators: a one-off "Rare Candy" there, or a monthly membership — Trainer, Gym Leader or Champion — that puts your name on this site and gives you a vote on which ROM hack gets documented next.
Who you would be supporting
I'm Bryan, and I am the whole team. I'm a disabled veteran, and this site is my main thing: I read each creator's documentation, write a converter for it, check the numbers against the game, and build the pages by hand. I work on it daily and I intend to keep doing that — there are hundreds of these games and 83 ROM hack guides so far.
What the money is for
Hosting, the domain, and the hours. That's the whole list. The site stays free and always will — nothing here sits behind a login, and no creator pays for a place on the shelf, which is why every guide gets the same card and the shelf starts in the same order for everyone.
Other ways to help
- Send documentation for a ROM hack that isn't here. You don't have to be the creator to ask — here is what to send.
- Tell me when a number is wrong. Which guide, which page, and what the game actually does — that address is read by me. A wrong number means I read the source wrong.
- Share a guide with someone playing that game. That costs nothing and it is how most people find the site.
And the promise that goes with all of it: if you made a ROM hack and want a guide added, corrected or taken down, email me and it happens — no argument, no questions. Every guide credits its creator and links to the official release; we never host ROMs or patches.

Tips go to me, not to a company. There is no team, no office and no subscription — just one person who would rather keep doing this full time than go back to fitting it around something else.
