In HeartGold Generations: Not in the wild: evolve Staryu with Water Stone. Its type (Water / Psychic), base stats (total 520) and abilities are the same as in the official games. 12 of its 17 level-up moves are new compared with Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver, including Minimize and Psybeam.
