In HeartGold Generations: Not in the wild: evolve Shelgon at level 45. Its type (Dragon / Flying), base stats (total 600) and abilities are the same as in the official games. 3 of its 19 level-up moves are new compared with Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver, including Dragon Tail and Flamethrower.
