In Hoenn's Last Wish: It is not in any of this guide's encounter tables. Its type (Psychic), base stats (total 600) and abilities are the same as in the official games. 7 of its 12 level-up moves are new compared with Pokémon Emerald, including Reflect Type and Amnesia.
