In HeartGold Generations: Not in the wild: evolve Wailmer at level 40. Its type (Water), base stats (total 500) and abilities are the same as in the official games. 4 of its 19 level-up moves are new compared with Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver, including Soak and Noble Roar.
