In FireRed Deluxe: Not in the wild: evolve Phanpy at Level 25. Its type (Ground) is the same as in the official games. Base stats total 490, down from 500; only Sp. Def changed (60 → 50). Abilities: it gains Rock Head and loses Sturdy and Sand Veil. It learns no level-up move that Pokémon FireRed & LeafGreen doesn't, but 3 come at a different level.
