Pokémon Classic: Rainbow Badge — the sea routes and Fuchsia City
What opens up at this point in the game, and everything you can catch by now that you couldn't before.
✓ Routes 12 to 18, the Power Plant, Fuchsia City and the Safari Zone, up to Koga. The Good Rod is in a Fuchsia house, the Super Rod in the fishing house on Route 12, Strength in the Warden's house and Surf in the Secret House at the far end of the Safari Zone. Two sleeping Snorlax block Routes 12 and 16, the Power Plant holds Zapdos and a pair of disguised Electrode, and the Safari Zone's four quarters each have wild tables of their own.
