Route 42 leads past Lake of Rage to Mahogany. The Team Rocket Base under the Mahogany Mart is this hack's continuation of the Radio Tower takeover — finishing it frees Mahogany's gym and gets you the Whirlpool HM from Lance. Beating Pryce gives the Glacier Badge.
