In Project Nova: First found in Power Plant (Grass, Lv 23-26). Its type (Electric) is the same as in the official games. Base stats total 500, up from 490; all six changed, most of all Sp. Atk (95 → 55). Abilities: it gains Volt Absorb and Lightning Rod and loses Static and Vital Spirit. 8 of its 9 level-up moves are new compared with Pokémon FireRed & LeafGreen, including Comet Punch and Shock Wave.
