In HeartGold Generations: First found in Route 10 (Grass (day), Lv 15-18). Its type (Electric), base stats (total 490) and abilities are the same as in the official games. 4 of its 16 level-up moves are new compared with Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver, including Charge and Thunder Wave.
