In HeartGold Generations: First found in Route 33 (Grass (morning / day), Lv 4-8). Its type (Electric), base stats (total 360) and abilities are the same as in the official games. 3 of its 15 level-up moves are new compared with Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver, including Charge and Thunder Wave.
