In Emerald Seaglass: First found in Route 110 (Grass, Lv 12-13). Its type (Electric) and abilities are the same as in the official games. Base stats total 400, down from 405; all six changed, most of all Defense (40 → 90). 14 of its 24 level-up moves are new compared with Pokémon Emerald, including Nuzzle and Play Nice.
