Islands Four to Seven, Cerulean Cave, the Tanoby Ruins, the Trainer Tower and the gym-leader rematches, plus the two postgame bosses. The cap is Level 70 once you are Champion and 80 after Giovanni in Cerulean Cave; beating Professor Oak lifts it for good.
