Part 4: Thunder Badge — Rock Tunnel to Celadon City

Routes 7 to 10, Rock Tunnel, Lavender Town, the Pokémon Tower, the Underground Path between Routes 7 and 8, Celadon City and the Rocket Hideout under the Game Corner, up to Erika. Rock Tunnel's lower floor has the Rock Slide tutor, Celadon has the Soft-Boiled tutor by the pond and the Counter tutor on the department store's third floor, and the thirsty girl on its roof trades a drink for Light Screen, Safeguard or Reflect. Fly is a gift in a house on Route 16.
