Pokémon Classic: Boulder Badge — Mt. Moon and Cerulean City
What opens up at this point in the game, and everything you can catch by now that you couldn't before.
✓ Route 3, Mt. Moon, Route 4, Cerulean City and Routes 24 and 25, up to Misty. Flash is in the building on the east side of Route 2. Mt. Moon has three floors with their own wild tables, a Moon Stone on the top floor and another hidden at the bottom, where a Team Rocket duo fights you two against two. Route 4 has the Mega Punch and Mega Kick tutors and, upstairs in its Pokémon Center, the Rock Smash HM you cannot use yet. Bill gives you the DexNav and the S.S. Ticket at his cottage on Route 25 once you have Misty's badge.
