Pokémon FireRed & LeafGreen: Got the Rainbow Pass — Four to Seven Island
What opens up at this point in the game, and everything you can catch by now that you couldn't before.
✓ Celio asks for the Ruby once you have the National Pokédex, which Professor Oak hands out after you beat the game. In return you get the Rainbow Pass, which opens Four through Seven Island. Delivering the Sapphire the same way clears the guard blocking Cerulean Cave.
