Needs the Azure Flute from Cynthia — given only after every other Pokémon in the National Pokédex is caught, not just registered, and you meet her again at Sendoff Spring and then the Celestic Town cave paintings — played at Spear Pillar to open the way to the Hall of Origin. A much higher bar than the National Pokédex stage below; placed there only because it's the closest checkpoint this guide has.
