- Bright Powder (shop) — A hold item that casts a glare to reduce accuracy.
- Calcium (shop) — Raises the base Sp. Atk stat of one Pokémon.

- Iron (shop) — Raises the base Defense stat of one Pokémon.
- King's Rock (shop) — A hold item that may cause flinching when the foe is hit. Held by wild Hawlucha (5%) Pickup finds it at Lv. 21-100 (1%)
- Lansat Berry (from a person) — A hold item that ups the criticalhit rate in a pinch.
- Leftovers (shop) — A hold item that gradually restores HP in battle. Pickup finds it at Lv. 21-100 (1%)
- Lucky Egg (shop) — A hold item that boosts Exp. points earned in battle.
- Max Potion (shop) — Fully restores the HP of a Pokémon. Pickup finds it at Lv. 21-30 (3%), Lv. 31-60 (4%), Lv. 61-80 (8%), Lv. 81-90 (9%), Lv. 91-100 (30%)
- Max Repel (shop) — Repels weak wild Pokémon for 250 steps. Pickup finds it at Lv. 11-30 (3%), Lv. 31-50 (4%), Lv. 51-60 (9%), Lv. 61-80 (8%), Lv. 81-90 (30%)
- Power Anklet (shop) — A hold item that promotes Spd gain, but reduces Speed.
- Power Band (shop) — Hold item that promotes Sp. Def gain, but reduces Speed.
- Power Belt (shop) — A hold item that promotes Def gain, but reduces Speed.
- Power Bracer (shop) — A hold item that promotes Atk gain, but reduces Speed.
- Power Lens (shop) — Hold item that promotes Sp. Atk gain, but reduces Speed.
- Power Weight (shop) — A hold item that promotes HP gain, but reduces Speed.
- Protein (shop) — Raises the base Attack stat of one Pokémon.
