In Low Budget Crystal: First found in Route 29 (Fixed encounter, Lv Base+4 to Base+9). Its type (Grass / Flying) is the same as in the official games. Base stats total 300, up from 250; 3 of the six changed, most of all Speed (50 → 70). Abilities: it gains Leech and loses Chlorophyll, Leaf Guard and Infiltrator. 10 of its 17 level-up moves are new compared with Pokémon Crystal, including Bullet Seed and Gust.
