In HeartGold Generations: Not in the wild: evolve Budew with high friendship, in the daytime. Its type (Grass / Poison) and base stats (total 400) are the same as in the official games. Abilities: it loses Poison Point. 2 of its 18 level-up moves are new compared with Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver: Worry Seed and Petal Blizzard.
