In HeartGold Generations: Not in the wild: evolve Cyndaquil at level 14. Its type (Fire) and base stats (total 405) are the same as in the official games. Abilities: it gains Dry Skin. 5 of its 16 level-up moves are new compared with Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver, including Mud Shot and Flame Charge.
