In HeartGold Generations: Not in the wild: evolve Piplup at level 16. Its type (Water) and base stats (total 405) are the same as in the official games. Abilities: it gains Vital Spirit. It learns no level-up move that Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver doesn't, but 3 come at a different level.
