In HeartGold Generations: Not in the wild: evolve Eevee with Leaf Stone. Its type (Grass), base stats (total 525) and abilities are the same as in the official games. 11 of its 25 level-up moves are new compared with Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver, including Covet and Swift.
