In HeartGold Generations: Not in the wild: evolve Seadra with Dragon Scale. Its type (Water / Dragon), base stats (total 540) and abilities are the same as in the official games. 4 of its 17 level-up moves are new compared with Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver, including Whirlpool and Dragon Breath.
