In HeartGold Generations: Not in the wild: evolve Torchic at level 16. Its type (Fire / Fighting), base stats (total 405) and abilities are the same as in the official games. 8 of its 21 level-up moves are new compared with Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver, including Flamethrower and Feather Dance.
